  So to start i have a family of 7 and we love Greco's food and I have never wrote a review for anywhere but there service at this location really sucks and we will never go back to the Sackville location (back to driving to hammonds plains) anyways first time we ordered they made us wait an hour and a half to tell us the lost our order. Second time they just down right messed up my order. Good food though if you don't mind everything else.

  Wait time was too long. orders were mixed up. manger had taken the cashier aside to scold her. no lids for the gravy. wrap with used tin foil. A 3.99 delivery charge. Staff seemed confused. more batter than fish. gravy was cold. never again.

  Really developing a love/hate relationship with Greco. I want to love you but you are making it very hard!
  First Order: Okay so there is a 3.99 delivery charge on all orders, serious...... Okay fine. 40 minutes late for delivery so an hour and 10 minutes total (guess by some other comments thats not bad, but I live 5 minutes away) and the driver still expected a tip..... Strike One
  
  Second Order: So I won a free 12 inch pizza, awesome! Decide I will do pick up and order garlic fingers as well. (Greco garlic fingers are like a drug to me). While ordering I ask for pizza sauce instead of donair. Easy enough right. The one on the phone says "You want your garlic fingers made with pizza sauce?" to this I replied "No, I want pizza sauce not donair sauce" So I pick up the order on the way home from work....... Get home and my F'ing garlic fingers are made with pizza sauce... Umm that makes it a damn cheese pizza. I call back and the lady decides to argue with me that thats what I asked for.... NO it isnt. Manager on the phone; all I am offered is a free garlic fingers with my next order.... STRIKE TWO....
  Oh Greco I wanted you back in Sackville so bad but you are not making a good impression.

  This was a few weeks back now.
  
  First order we placed was in the first week or so of it opening. Expected longer wait for delivery, wasn't a big deal. Pizza was good.
  
  2nd time we ordered for delivery.
  I called store an hour after ordering to check status, we were informed it hadn't gone into the oven yet and they apologized, hour 2 after ordering I called and was told it was in the oven now and they apologized, hour 3 after ordering I called was told it wasn't in the store so it "must be on the way" no apology. 45min later still nothing. Called and canceled order, was told "ok no problem".
  
  I emailed greco and it took a week to get a response. I did get 3 emails from 3 different people are different levels of the company, they all apologized and I was given a coupon.
  
  It will be a while before we bother calling to redeem the coupon. I enjoy greco food so hopefully this chain gets it together.
  
  It would of been 1 star review if not for the email reply's from the higher ups from corporate offices.
  
  I now regret creating this page and adding their location and information into Google maps.

  Long wait times, pizza not even all that good. One thing I did enjoy was the specialty pizza with the spices on the crust, they were tasty. Other than that, it's a new branch and doesn't really have this game together yet.
